Alicia Ridout
Alicia Ridout is a Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) registered occupational therapist, an active member of the Royal College of Occupational Therapists (RCOT), and a Fellow of the British Computer Society (FBCS). She is a clinical safety officer (CSO) and a part time doctoral student at York St John University, exploring digital clinical safety in the use of AI and IoT technologies with older people at home.

Involve Me Digital Health supports collaborative working across health and care. It brings expertise across the innovation pipeline, from early stage problem definition, co-design and facilitation to deployment and evaluation, including digital clinical safety.
Who does Involve Me Digital Health work with?
Since it was set up, Involve Me Digital Health has worked for Health Education England, the Elizabeth Casson Trust, and Leeds, Bradford, Sheffield, Birmingham and York St John Universities, as well as NHS Trusts, charities and third sector organisations.
Who leads Involve Me Digital Health?
The company is led by its Director and Founder, Alicia Ridout, an HCPC registered occupational therapist, clinical safety officer and Fellow of the British Computer Society, with 30 years of occupational therapy practice and senior NHS roles working at scale.
